I have taken the training of IELTS in New Channel to paper IELTS examination from October 15 to December 11.And I decide to attend the exam in February.
应该是take part in....for the paper.因为节目的目的是为雅思考试，所以是for.
Contracting with IELTS for a period of time , I have a certainly understanding of this exam ,
这句话前应该加个after..certain因为是做后面名词的表语，是属于形容词，故不需要ly，而 of应该改为to，表示对雅思了了解。
and I have develop a rigorous study program,so I am confident with the test in February and I can certainly achieve better results.
句子中的develop若是 表示制订计划就需要改为made,对什么有信心是be confident in， better的话因为句子中并没有与之比较的东西，可以直接用 good 或者great。results表示的是结果，考试的结果一般用marks 和scores比较合适。
If the test is not ideal in February, I will be a re-examination in March, I believe there will be a satisfactory result.
考试不理想是因为成绩不好。所以应该表示为if the mark is not so ideal.examination做为一个名词加了re-也是名词，所以要改为i will take part in re-examination in March.最后貌似没多大错误诶。
